The Team

The team is lead by our Chairman Mr. Sanjiv Munjal who has a vast experience in the field of real estate development and promotion leads from the front by his presence on each and every project on a regular basis. His personal interest and touch reflects in all the projects. His enthusiasm to create and excel, infuses a lot of zeal into the co workers and trickles down even to the laborer at work. The Director Mr. B.K. Dhingra, a C.A. by profession also in the same field for the last two decades is a financial wizard and can most proficiently manage the financial aspects of our projects. The team is further assisted by a team of the most professionally qualified & experienced Project managers, Civil engineers, Architects, Project supervisors, skilled foremen and skilled laborers in every field of construction. The team is further assisted by a proficient Finance department and a professionally managed purchase department.
